01  If I request an in-person consultation is it still free?

Yes.  It is very important to us to learn about your needs first and Coach Tim values in-person meetings and connections.  

 

 

 

 02  If I am senior leader in my organization can or should I take Chief Leader Boss?

Anyone can and should attend Chief Leader Boss regardless of your current leadership level.  Although the class is designed around first line managers, there is value in gaining a fresh perspective for yourself or understanding better how your managers are being taught by us.

 

 

 

 03  Does your firm provide legal advice on employment matters?

We are NOT a law firm and do not give legal advice.  However, we will listen to any issues you have and advise when appropriate.  If we do determine a legal expert is required we can refer you to our preferred law partners.

 

 

 

 04  Do you Currently offer a Train-the-Trainer program for Chief Leader Boss?

Unfortunately we do not currently grant trainer programs for Chief Leader Boss as we continue to evolve and invent new ideas with the program.  However, we would be willing to come onsite to your location and present CLB to your group.

 

 

 

 05  How much do you charge for your services?

​

Our prices tend to vary depending on the scope of a project we do.  However, we usually come up with a flat fee based on the request from the client. If the client request additional time on he project we then begin charging an hourly rate.  However we charge our clients; it is more important to us that they feel good about that value that was delivered.
