The Four Elements of Human Resources

Our unique model, "The Four Elements of HR," separates HR functions into four categories (Strategy, Management, Operations, and Infrastructure).  We use this model to review your HR Department and determine the best structure for your business needs.  This service will help set up your department for scale and to ensure costs and resources are dispersed according to your growth plans. It can also be useful when planning acquisitions.

 

Continuity & Succession Planning

Since the world was introduced to COVID, it has become more important for organizations to have a “Plan B” and maintain a certain level of mobility in their operations.  Our planning model identifies and classifies critical roles in your organization and develops a plan for natural disasters, pandemics, and other events that may slow or disrupt your regular business operations.

 

Talent Review Sessions

This premium service takes performance management to the Next Level by developing a full talent profile on selected individuals and reviewing how they are viewed by others, development needs and special skills.  This service also includes an off-site venue where we will facilitate the meeting with senior leadership to discuss everyone selected for the review and set the readiness of each person.  This tool is a great complement to continuity & succession planning.

 

General HR Advisory Service

We provide support on decision making with general HR design and setup.  Typically, this service includes sitting with you on benefits negotiations, HR software purchases, or best practices for compliance, regulatory reporting, and department scaling.

Fractional HR Services

Our Fractional HR Service provides direct support for HR tasks where you may not have the time or the people power to execute.  This service is typically part-time or temporary and we can take on a variety of tasks big or small. Examples of this service include: temporary HR operations and leadership, HR administration, performance improvement and management, workplace investigations, and other HR related tasks for support.
